A bit about me
Hi, I’m Anna Morgan. I create a safe and supportive space for women who are ready to transform their health. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach and work in a collaborative way with each client to create an individualised treatment plan that focuses on treating the cause of the health issue for a sustainable outcome.
I support women through perimenopause and menopause and help women attain and maintain a healthy cycle, I help to improve the health of people who have recently been diagnosed with a chronic disease or autoimmune condition, and I help people live a healthier and happier life through stress management and improving sleep and energy.
I am passionate about empowering women to take control of their health through education, and with a kind, caring, and compassionate approach. I help women be the happiest and healthiest version of themselves.
Working with people to improve their relationship with food is a really important aspect of my work. I help my clients explore the issues they have around food and their body, and take a non-diet approach to make sure they are nourishing their body in the way that suits them best.
