We also recognise that you may have concerns about our collection of your personal information via the Vive Health website (“Website”) which is located at www.vivehealth.com.au and how we may use that information.

We have implemented this Privacy Policy in order to let you know about how we will collect, store, use and disclose your personal information.

Please note that this Privacy Policy forms part of the Vive HealthTerms of Use, which is displayed at the bottom of our Website.

Information we collect from you

When becoming a member via the Website, we may ask you to supply personal information such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address and other information relating to your general health condition.

Under no circumstances will we request or collect any information from you that may disclose your:

  • health and sexuality;
