One of our customers found this amazing quick and simple chia pudding on website. Luckily for us she shares the tasty ones. Thanks Helen :)
1 dessertspoon desicated coconut
2 dessertspoons black chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut milk
Dash of pure vanilla
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or 1/2 pint Mason glass jar. After stirring through gently cover and place in fridge for 2 hrs. When removing from fridge the chia should have become all jelly like making a soft delicious pudding. Serve and garnish with mint.
