Emotional Freedom Technique is a powerful modality that supports people in the quest for positive change in their lives.  It is a simple technique to learn and as such is an empowering self-care method.  I am finding that incorporating EFT with hypnotherapy is supporting people to achieve relief from the problems they have been battling with.

What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

EFT or Tapping is a form of psychological acupressure that uses a gentle tapping technique.  It involves tapping with your fingertips on points on the head and body.
There have been many clinical studies involving EFT which has shown it to be highly effective in the treatment of a broad range of issues including anxiety, PTSD, physical pain, depression, phobias, weight loss and food cravings.
When you have learnt this technique you can then use it yourself for a range of issues.
