This would be great at Christmas or any time of year! So quick and easy too with no baking!
Base:
1 cup macadamia nuts
9 California dates (fresh dates) (remove seed)
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cayenne

  1. Blend in food processor for about 5 minutes – press into pie plate and refrigerate while making the filling.

Filling:
2 large avocados
1/2 cup cacoa powder (raw)
1/2 cup honey or agave
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla

  1. Process filling until creamy.
  2. Put 1/2 of filling into base and then layer fruit ie. Blueberries, cherries, strawberries
  3. Put balance of filling and decorate with toasted coconut and more fruit.
  4. Refrigerate for couple hours and serve
