300g turkey mince
1/2 cup chopped Fruit Bliss Turkish apricots
1/4 cup chives, snipped
Herb salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl together using your hands. Roll into smallish ball size rissoles and bake in oven (180C) for 20 minutes.
Serve with a large salad and either mayonnaise, mustard or sauce of choice.
