- Turkey Breast
- 1 cup of orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon Tamari
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- ½ cup dried organic apricots soaked in 1 cup water (overnight) drain & blended
Mix the marmalade, tamari, apricot mix and cornflour. Cook stirring frequently until the mixture thickens. Pour half over turkey and bake in a moderate oven on a slow to medium heat. In the picture we used a large breast which took 1 ¼ hours and tasted fabulous.
Serve with remaining sauce. Your dish will be moist and bursting with citrus flavor.
